Changing or Canceling an Order
We understand that plans can change shortly after placing an order. If you need to cancel or adjust your purchase, please reach out to our support team as soon as possible.

Orders in Preparation
If your order is still being prepared and has not yet entered the shipping process, it can usually be canceled without additional cost.

Orders Already in Transit
Once an order has been handed over for delivery, it can no longer be stopped.
